In Europe, Alfred Stadler designed furniture and upholstery for leading international firms De Sede and Swiss Seats. In the U.S., Alfred Stadler worked with Jack Lenor Larsen, Ruckstuhl, and Vitra and also led several projects including the UN Plaza Hotel, the United Nations, the Metropolitan Home of Art, The Phoenician, Joyce Theatre, and Calvin Klein.
