Kokke Floor Lamp (Kokkelamp) by Ruud Jan Kokke from Goods - Limited Edition, Limited Quantities available. As this is a limited edition there will not be any more for sale when the edition sells out.
The bended birch wood of the vertical cylinder has horizontal slits that allow light to penetrate into the room. The thin wood is slightly lucent. The slits light up brightly and give the lamp a mysterious look. The bent birch wood of this lamp is so thin that light filters through it. Meanwhile, the horizontal slits shine brightly, making Kokkelamp an elegant and fun lighting solution. We advise lamps with maximum of 60W.
A graduate of the Arnhem Academy of Art and Design, Ruud Jan Kokke started his own studio in 1986. Since then, he has designed nearly everything: various consumer objects, beds, chairs, lamps, display cases and even a football cage for the
Amsterdam city council. Ruud Jan Kokke designs products of high visual quality and a certain austerity. Functionality, though, always leads the way.
