I love everything about this chair. The quality, the comfort, the durabilty, the price, the color,the look, and the customer service is above and beyond. This is my second recliner chair. At this point, I'm convinced this will be both, my brand and store, for any future purchases. BTW: Ms Johnson, thank you for all you calls and your great customer service. Keep up the great work.

Bought this chair over a year ago... for looks only, in red, because it fit my decor perfectly with the dark wood base. When I sat in it and finally realized that it's ergonomic, I was ecstatic. Because I swear... I immediately abandoned my twice monthly chiropractor visits and haven't been back since. TOUCH WOOD ! Great value at this price. Trying to get my 52 year old daughter to take advantage of it.
